Cancelation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Because Therefore RISE events require advance commitments for venues, instructors, materials, meals, lodging, and activities, the following cancellation policy applies to all events unless otherwise stated.

Participant Cancellations

60 or more days before the event

• Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

31–59 days before the event

• 50% refund of payments made.

30 days or less before the event

• No refunds.

No Shows

Participants who do not attend the event without prior notice will forfeit all registration fees and are not eligible for a refund.

Illness, Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations occur. Requests due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Outcomes granted are at the sole discretion of Therefore RISE.

Event Cancellation by Therefore RISE

If Therefore RISE must cancel an event due to weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered the following:

• A full refund of registration fees paid.

Therefore RISE is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging booked separately, lost wages, or other costs incurred by participants.

Weather Policy

Many Therefore RISE events are outdoor experiences. Events will proceed in light rain or other normal weather conditions. If weather conditions create an unsafe environment, Therefore RISE reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, locations, or event formats.

Agreement

By registering for a Therefore RISE event, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
